has developed programs based on TheRedPath
model, which is a new approach using emotional and social
competency skills as an alternative to the cognitive
behavioral approach. This new innovative model has proven
to be successful across the country in decreasing
substance misuse and violence.
A
variety of exercises and discussions are used throughout
the program to acquire and practice skills. This process
leads to personal insights into the emotional self, social
self and interaction with others. These skills learned
are then internalized providing for better life choices
and decisions based on problem solving behavior,
perspective taking and person perception.
In
addition to training on our
RedPath
programs we provide speakers on a variety of topics
for your staff, conference, workshops or seminars. These
can be suited to meet your needs (i.e. ½ day or full day
session).
