ability to identify and define personal and social problems
as well as the ability of effective generation and
implementation of solutions. It is the ability to determine
the relationships between what is experienced internally and
subjectively, compared to what objectively exists in
reality.
Flexibility is the ability to adjust
emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to changing situations and
conditions.
Those that have adaptability skills are
generally realistic, flexible, and capable of managing
change in their environment. These individuals have
the necessary skills and abilities to deal effectively with
routine problems.
