One of the
characteristics of good intrapersonal skills is having the
ability to identify, understand, distinguish and label
emotions in oneself. This
ability is related to prosocial behavior, social
competencies, and social adjustment.
- Those
who struggle with this ability often have difficulty
regulating their emotions and subsequently experience
behavior problems and poor relationships with others.
